मुर्की

Murki is a light, rapid ornamental figure consisting of a quick cluster of two or three notes executed as a brief, sparkling flourish. Unlike the heavier gamak, murki is characterized by its delicacy and lightness. It is particularly common in thumri, light-classical forms, and the lighter movements of khayal, adding grace and charm to the melodic line.
कण
